"Douglas Wayne Weston, 65, of Davy, WV, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 at the McDowell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Gary. Born April, 6, 1957 in Red Bud, Illinois, he was the son of the late James Andrew Weston and Lillian Bell Mitchell Weston."Douglas was a Lieutenant at the Stevens Correctional Facility in Welch for 15 years. He was also of the Holiness Faith.
"In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Jean Jones.
"Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Brenda Weston of the home; one son, Philip Bradly Stanley of Illinois; three daughters, Patricia Gayle Weston Justice (Ronnie) of Princeton, Sherrie Belt (Dustin) of Welch, and Brandy Barker and fiancé Justin Smith of Davy; one sister, Jewel Ann Winchester (Charles) of DeKalb, TX; one niece and one nephew, three great nephews and thirteen grandchildren.
