"Cathy Ann Noe, 68, of Kimball, WV passed away on October 5, 2022, surrounded by her family. Born September 7, 1954 in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Randolph and Esther Noe."In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her roommate and friend, Belinda Carr.
Cathy was a former coal miner, mechanic and auto parts clerk. Cathy loved classic country music, oldies and Motown. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. She was a graduate of Welch High School. Cathy loved writing creative poems for her family, which always made them smile."Cathy is survived by a brother, Randy (Phyllis) Noe, sisters, Karol Peters and Karen Clark, Nephews, David Noe, Keith Dillon and Jimmy Clark, nieces, Marta Roberts, Kerri Belcher, Amanda Lockhart, Krista Woods and Melissa Justice, a host of great nephews and nieces, three special children that she loved as her own, John, Timmy and Jessica, as well as other extended family.
"In honoring Cathy’s wishes, she will be cremated with a private memorial service being held for the family.
