"He was a resident of Hensley, West Virginia all of his life. He was of the Baptist faith. He liked fishing, hunting and watching wildlife. He loved all animals and enjoyed four wheeling.
"Preceded in death, in addition to his parents, is his stepmother Phyllis Ann Church. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 28 years, Regina Church of Welch, a sister in law, Christy Lester and husband Bobby of Welch, and many more family members and friends.

Her job as an Avon Representative was defined by her steadfast commitment and friendly personality. A member of the Mountain Top Baptist Church, Regina's religious life was vibrant and meaningful. "Her personal interests were a mirror to her soul. Regina enjoyed crafting, loved jewelry, and a tender heart for animals. She took great pleasure in the company of her friends, often engaging in long conversations over the phone, sharing laughter and encouragement.
"In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Eugene Church, with whom she is now reunited.
