"OAK HILL, FL.—Fred L. Kelly, 67, of Oak Hill, Fl., died Wednesday September 27, 1995 at a Florida Medical Center."Born August 6, 1928 at Cleveland, Va., he was son of the late Chaarles and Gladys Stamper Kelly.
He had been a resident of Oak Hill since 1974 and was a decorated veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He was a retired quality control specialist for NASA at Kennedy Space Center."He was preceded in death by one son.
