"Violet “Susie” Corina Bowles, 77 of Mile Branch, WV passed away Monday November 18, 2024 at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV."Violet was born November 22, 1946 in Avondale, WV a daughter of the late George and Princess Roberts Payne. Violet loved going to church, playing the guitar, singing in church, and talking about Jesus. She also enjoyed sitting on her porch drinking coffee and watching her wind chimes. Most of all Violet loved spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Violet’s grandchildren enjoyed spending time with her playing Spyro on the Play Station, watching thunderstorms on the porch, putting coins in the piggy banks and playing dress up with jewelry and make up. Violet will be greatly missed.
