"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Eddie, Thurman, Howard and Frillan Bailey; and three sisters, Ethel New, Gracie Walker and Glada Honaker.
"Survivors include her husband, Ray Neace Jr. of the home; three daughters, Carmen Neace and fiancé Jason Bellamy of Bluefield, WV, Crystal Newberry and husband Charles of Willard, OH, Cindy Osborne Shirley of Coalwood, WV; four sisters, Clara Stanley and Pauline Bailey both of Iaeger, WV, Opal Stiltner of Honaker, VA, and Betsy Kelly of Montcalm, WV; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

"In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Vada Bailey.
