"SKYGUSTY - Donny Larry Bailey, 68, of Skygusty, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Welch Community Hospital."Born September 23, 1944 in Welch, he was the son of the late Dempsy and Martha Frank Bailey (sic, she was his step-mother. Dempsey and Martha were married when Donny was 7 yrs old). He was a graduate of Welch High School, and was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a retired coal miner.
"He loved to garden, hunt and fish. He was a wonderful husband and father and will be sadly missed by those who loved him.

In addition to her parents Clara was preceded in death by her first husband Allen “Owl Head” Edwards; her second husband, Wallace Stanley; three daughters, Judy Justice, Hazel Reynolds and Serena Robinette and her husband Billy; six brothers, Marvin, Thurman, Eddie, Frill, Howard, and Ernie Bailey; five sisters, Ethel New, Gracie Walker, Effie Niece, Glada Bailey, and Omey Bailey; and several grandchildren.

"MONTCALM — Robert Marvin Kelly, 64, of 246 Crystal Bottom Rd., Montcalm, WV, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born February 25, 1949 in Iaeger, WV he was a son of the late Cass and Verna Mullins Kelly. Robert was a member of the Church By Christ Jesus, was retired from the Department of Highways in McDowell and was a Night Watchman for several coal companies.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years: Betsy Bailey Kelly of the home, two daughters: Robin Mays and husband John of Montcalm, Angel Carver and husband David of Montcalm, three brothers: Jimmy Ray Kelly of Lashmeet, WV, John Allen Kelly of Pineville, WV, Tommy Kelly of Davy, WV, a sister: Mary Woolridge of Bluefield, WV, and four grandchildren: Ashley Mays, Olivia Mays, Noah Robert Carver, and Jacob Eli Carver.
