"Survivors include her loving husband of 37 years Jackie Lee Buckland; two daughters Christina Michelle Toler and Amy Lea Bouldin, both of Oceana; a son Jackie Isaih Buckland of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; five grandchildren, Hailie Buckland, Megan Bouldin, Autum Tolliver, Siceria Tolliver and Patrick Toler; her special mother-in-law Natalee Buckland of Oceana; two sisters Joan Morrell of Oceana, and Paula Allen and husband Marty of Lynco; a brother Randy Morrell of Oceana; and a host of other loving family and friends.

"KEY ROCK — Willard Lovins, 82, of Key Rock, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at his home.He was born Feb. 11, 1927, in Mingo County, WV, a son of the late Andy Lovins (Deceased) and Maude Stepp-Lovins-Cassady (1897-1969), and Bradley Cassady (Deceased).
He was a retired coal miner having worked 25 years at Eastern Associated Coal's Kopperston No. 2 Mines. He was also a retired U.S. Army Veteran.
Also preceding him in death were a son, Roy Lee Lovins (1950-2004), brother Clarence Lovins (Deceased), two sisters, Viola Lovins-Webb (Deceased) and Arlene Lovins (Deceased), four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
