"Born April 19, 1927, at Pineville, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Mamie L. Beverly Cook. "Henrietta was a member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. She enjoyed her family and was known for her Italian cooking. She was the last living survivor of her immediate family. "In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Martoe; her second husband, Peter Muhlbrandt; a sister, Rita Thompson; and two brothers, the Rev. Paul Cook and Charles W. “Buddy” Cook Jr. "Survivors include a son, Charles Michael Martoe and his wife, Laurie, of Vero Beach, FL; a daughter, Teresa Calhoun and her husband, John, of Mullens; five grandchildren: Danny and Mike Martoe and Joe and Jennifer Stallings and stepgranddaughter, Jenny Ann Lusk; six great-grandchildren, Joe, Jr., John and Robert Stallings; Mikey and Nicky Martoe, Zoi Martoe; and two stepgrandsons, John Paul and Andrew Lusk; two sisters-in-law, Clara Dee Cook of Pineville and Debby Cook of Hickory, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
