"Bobby Dean Bishop, 69, of Talcott WV, left this world where his faith became sight on August 14, 2025 following a sudden illness. Born February 18, 1956 to the late Frank and Kathleen Bishop. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters Lottie Smith, Faye Wesley and Patricia “Trish” Stafford. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife Phyllis Bishop, son Bobby “Bub” Bishop and wife Donita, step children Tim Ulrich and wife Audra and Melody Vest and husband Brian, grandchildren Alex, Chelsey, Trey, Randy and Morgan and husband James, siblings Lola Camp and husband John, Patton Bishop, Henry Bishop and wife Carol and Freddy Bishop and wife Crystal and a host of nephews, nieces and other loving family and friends. As his request, Bobby will be cremated and laid to rest at the Bishop Family Cemetery. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The family is being served by the Stafford Funeral Home, Lynco, WV"

Welch Emergency Hospital. He was born January 15, 1957 at Sunhill, WV, a son of the late Hoppy
Turner and Roselee Burgess. His mommy Mildred Donna Jean Blankenship also preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sisters Lisa Burgess and Laura Gay Fisher and husband Gary all of Concord, NC;
two brothers Roger Burgess and wife Sundie of Matheny and David Allen Burgess of Gilbert; three aunts
Beatrice Harvey and husband Billy of Sunhill, Virginia Lafferty and husband Benny of Matheny and
Genette Rollins and husband Steve of Oceana; an uncle Iryan Eugene Blankenship of Lynco; and a host
of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday December 4, 2009 at

"Mabel June Hughes, 87, of Montgomery, Alabama, formerly of Clear Fork, WV passed away on Sunday
evening January 10, 2010 at the home of her daughter, Bonnie Hughes Ely. Mabel was born June 15,
1922 in Simon, WV, a daughter of the late George and Laune Toler Brinegar. Mabel lived in the
community of Clear Fork, West Virginia and was a member of the Sun Hill Methodist Church. She lived in
Clear Fork until 2005, at which time she moved to Montgomery, Alabama to be closer to her daughter,
grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving
husband Stacy Hughes and a sister Edith Walls. Always the loving and devoted Wife, Mother,
Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend, Mabel always had a smile and a kind word for all. Her loving good nature will be missed by all who came in contact with her. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Hughes Ely; granddaughter Nancy Kocan; grandsons Brian and Darren Salmons; great granddaughters Meredith and Samantha Kocan; and a host of other loving family and friends.
