In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Lusk, two daughters Brenda Lee Lusk and Kimberly Castle, a brother Herbert Holt, three sons-in-law Bilton Keith Blakenship, Ricky Lusk and Carl David Burgess, and a grandson Ricky Noel Lusk. "Rommie Lee Osborne, 65, of Cyclone departed this life Wednesday, April 1, 2009, in a Huntington hospital following a short illness. Rommie was a retired coal miner, President of Board on Cyclone Fire Department which he helped to start in 1996, he was of the Baptist faith, member of Pineville Masonic Lodge 138 Chapter 50 in Mullens, enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Rommie will always be remembered for his dedication to his community, his willingness to always be of help to others."He was born on February 24, 1944, in Cyclone to the late Murvan Osborne (1919-1962) and Lura Cook-Osborne (1921-1994). In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Lee Osborne (1963–1977); two sisters, Bonnie Sue Osborne-Walls (1953-2007) and Dianna G. Osborne-Parton (1954-2007).
