He previously worked on the assembly line for General Motors, and was a member of the Old County Church of Raysal, W.Va.
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, J.V. (Venice), J. C. and Teddy Addair; and two sisters, Hallie and Testie Addair.
"Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Doris Turner Addair of the home; three sons, Stevie Addair and wife Stella (Sissy) of Beartown, Timmy Addair and wife Sandy of Yukon, Craig Addair and wife Patty of Shelbyville, Ind.; two brothers, Rush and Leonard Addair, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
