"Frank was a charter member of Cooper Memorial Baptist Church. He was a member of American Legion Post 133 and served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Windom Hunting Club and Skin Fork Hunting Club. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, WVU Basketball and being with his family and friends.
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean Cooper Brooks.
