She was an employee of Robert’s Motel in Oceana. She was of the Baptist faith. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be dearly missed. "In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bailey, on March 5, 1957; three sisters, Francis Goodman, Lackie Belcher and Victoria Toler; three brothers, Bert Cline, Allen Cline and Dell Cline; a grandson, Larry Blevins; son-in-law, Robert Blevins; and two granddaughters-in-law, Latonya Browning and Dana Bailey. "Born February 1, 1919, at Clear Fork he was the son of the late Johnny and Eliza Belcher.
Mr. Belcher was a disabled Virginia Railroad employee, the last surviving member of his immediate family, a member of Clear Fork Church of God.He loved animals and people and will be missed.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, and four sisters.

Mr. Blankenship retired from the U.S. Army on August 31, 1973 with 24 years of dedicated service to his country.
