"She was born Jane Louise Rufus on March 7, 1927, at Caloric, W.Va., to James Anthony and Rose Etta Rose Rufus. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne A. Sisk Sr., her second husband, Basil B. Kester, her brothers Carl and Guy Rufus, and her sister Shirley Rufus Hill.
