"I am of the Justice family in McDowell county. The Davy/ Asco area more specificly. Morgan Justice (son of Solomon Justice and Jane Cook) had a son. He is listed as Willie Justice. "His Full name was Joseph William Justice. He married Bertha Payne (daughter of Dale Payne and Sara-Etta Riffe of Bradshaw West Virginia). "They had these twelve Children: "1.Thomas Morgan Justice 2. Roger Justice (He participated in the Great American Horse Race of 1976 and placed 7th out of 91 riders. He made the front cover of the a photograph documentary book covering the event. He died in 1977. He sustained injuries from a single, accidental, gunshot wound.) 3. Clinton Justice (b. Dec. 10 1926, he passed March 1966 at age 39. He was a WWII veteran. His obit. states he was Korea as well. I am not sure though. 4. Dale Justice who passed in a house fire on October 22, 1955 5. Joe Justice ( He passed, with his wife Judy, in May 1966 in a car accident. He had only been married forty days) 6. Wayne Allen Justice (That is my Dad. He married Jeannette deCook (not of the area) He has five children Leslie Justice Hanagan, Jessica Justice, Sarah Justice, Johanna Justice Smith (this is me, I married Matthew Smith, he is the grandson of Edith Wyatt and William Smith son of Ira Smith also listed on the web page.) and Jason Justice, he is adopted.
