"PRINCETON — Jennie Bell Sizemore, 91, of Princeton, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007 at her home. Born Aug. 14, 1915 at Bud, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Simpson and Charlotte Simpson. "Mrs. Sizemore was a charter member of the Princeton First Church of the Nazarene where she held numerous positions, including being a choir member and soloist. She had a strong alto voice and used to serenade her neighbors while hanging out the family wash. In 1956 she started Sizemore's Nursing Home and over the next 32 years she cared for 56 guests from many of the prominent Princeton families. "In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Tolbert Sizemore in 1940; three brothers; three sisters; and one grandson. "Survivors include three children, Lueanna Jones and Sarah Russell and her husband Rev. Harold Russell all of Princeton and C.J. Sizemore and his wife Sharon of Champaign, Ill.; six sisters, Ruby Hess of Flint, Mich., Erma Lane of Bluefield, Va., Grace Massey of Victor, Sadie Chandler of Princeton, Bessie Flaime of Corinne and Zola Trivett of Tucson, Ariz.; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; and special friends, Pat and Janet Ballard of Princeton and Dr. Jana Peters and her staff. "Funeral services will be conducted today at 8:00 p.m. at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel of the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Jeff Beckett officiating. Music will be provided by her nephew, Dr. Charles Chandler. "Interment and graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton..."
