This Simpson Was Charlie L. Simpson, he was my uncle, Addison D. Simpson's brother. Charlie was born 3 September 1913 in West Virginia. Upon his death (1968) he lived with his family in Clear Fork West Virginia. Charlie and Belva had the following Children, Phyllis, Pete (Elmer), Mitch and Peggy.
Charlie's father was Jerry Mastin Simpson, and his mother was Susie K. McComas.
