"“Billie” attended Oceana Church of God. She enjoyed quilting, crafts and being with her family and friends. "In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sheldon Bailey; four sisters, Ina Foley, Irene Euton, Edith Cook and Hazel McMillion; and a brother, Lomar McMillion. "Survivors include four sons, Kermit Bailey and his wife, Lillian, of Lynco, Avary Bailey and his wife, Betty, of Toney Fork, Teddy Bailey and his wife, Anita, of Radcliff, Ky., and Gary Bailey and his wife, Tammy, of Toney Fork; a sister, Maxine Clark of Beckley; a brother, Avery McMillion Jr. of Alderson; eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a step great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. "A service of remembrance for Mrs. Bailey will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Lillyhaven Baptist Church with the Rev. Algie Cook officiating. Entombment will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley..."
