"About her death-word of mouth from her sister, Ellen Ruth Profit Knapp Roush:
She was getting ready for Sunday church service (March 28, 2010). Her cousins came to pick her up. She didn't
answer the door when they knocked. They broke in and found her lying on the floor unconscience/dead. (her heart
wasn't beating) They called 911 and the ambulence took her to the hospital in Grundy. She was then transported to a
hospital in Bristol, Virginia, because at the hospital in Grundy; they said they didn't have the equipment for her needs.
She had a major stroke and died the next morning, according to the hospital in Bristol.
Technically. she died at her house. My mom, Ellen Ruth Profit Knapp Roush, said that she thinks the hospibl in
Bristol is going to put Bristol, Virginia, for the place of death.
"She is buried by her house at Rowe Cemetery. Ifs located at the head of Oosley Mountain. (my mom, Ellen Ruth
Profit Knapp Roush, her sister, attended the funeral at 1:00 p.m.) The Anglin's are on the Ieft side and the Proffit's are
on the right.
"l,Terry Lynn Knapp Johnson, have a copy of her funeral pamphlet that lists all the dates and places...."
