"Mr. Miller was of the Baptist faith and he served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, trading, talking on his CB and being outdoors. "In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Freddie Joe Miller; grandson, James Matthew Miller; son-in-law, Hansel Morgan; two brothers, Robert and George Miller; and a sister, Edith Miller. "Survivors include his wife, Margie E. Trivett Miller; two sons, Ronnie Miller of Char-leston and Roger Miller of Canton, Ohio; six daughters, Emma Jean Blaney and Kathy Osborne, both of Canton, Sunnie Gail Woolum of Oceana, Lisa Morgan of Brenton, Patty Miller of Hickory, N.C., and Shannon Miller of Huntington; a brother, Eddie Ray Miller and his wife, Vivian, of Brenton; a sister-in-law, Geneva Miller of Brenton; 20 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
