She was the owner/operator of the Iaeger Cash Market and a member of the Bethany Regular Baptist Church.
"In addition to her parents Anna was preceded in death by her husband Roland Bailey, one son, Richard Bailey; three brothers, Raymond, Fred, and Walter “Punk” Lawson; and five sisters, Pearl Bailey, Edith Davidson, Alma Gobble, Wilma Hatfield, and Irene Lawson.
"Survivors include one son, Thomas Bailey and wife Terrie of Statesville, NC; two grandchildren, Matthew Bailey of Marion, VA and Megan Bailey of Jacksonville, FL; one great grandchild, Parker Bailey of Marion, VA; one brother, Charles Lawson and wife Jackie of Iaeger, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.

"Wilma was born August 30, 1938, in Mohawk, WV, a daughter of the late Thomas Oliver and Bertha Blankenship Lawson. She was a retired secretary from the McDowell County School System, having worked at Iaeger Elementary for 32 years.
"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Pearl Lawson Bailey and Edith Lawson Davidson ; and three brothers, Raymond Lawson, Walter "Punk" Lawson and Fred Lawson.
"Survivors include one son, Brian Hatfield of Sarasota, FL, with whom she made her home; one daughter, Karen Hatfield Stein and husband Gary of North Tampa, FL; one granddaughter, Jessica Hatfield Pendry of University Park Fl; and three great grandchildren, Sarah, Kaylee, and Ryan Pendry; two sisters, Anna Lawson Bailey of Bluefield, WV, and Alma Lawson Goebel and husband Herb of Wildwood, FL; and one brother, Charles O.
