"Roston “Clarence” Hatfield, 72 of Simon, departed this life on Sunday, November 18th, 2012, at Long Branch of Simon."Born March 4, 1940 at Simon, he was the son of the late Albert and Louisa Morgan Hatfield.
"In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers: Milton, Virgil, Hugh and Bob Hatfield and three sisters: Athalene Cline, Shirley Carver and Norma Hatfield.
"Roston was a loving brother, uncle and friend. He was a disabled school bus driver with the Wyoming County Board of Education and a carpenter. He was of the Freewill Baptist faith and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
"Those left to love and cherish the memory of “Clarence” and to mourn his passing include his brother, Gaston Hatfield of Simon; his sister, Ophelia (Clarence) Harper of Simon; many nieces and nephews and a host of other dear relatives and friends.
"Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Friday, November 23rd from 6 pm to 9 pm.
"Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 24th at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jay Blankenship officiating.
