"LASHMEET – Ronnie Harman, 76 of Lashmeet went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Born March 10, 1945 at Covel he was the son of the late Claude Harman and Hazel Graham Harman.
"He was a 1964 graduate of Herndon High School and received his Associate Degree from Beckley College. Ronnie was a faithful member of Spruce Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Basin and attended Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton. He was a retired coal miner and member of UMWA. Ronnie loved spending time with his family and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Ronnie was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all.
"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jackie Harman.
"Survivors include children, Kevin Harman of Lashmeet and Angela Taylor and husband Jason of Princeton; grandchildren, Madalyn Taylor and Brody Taylor; sister, Connie Byars and husband Roland "Rick" of Herndon and sister-in-law, Cathy Jenkins and husband Darrell of Herndon.
