Her fondest ones included being a student in the classroom of her uncle, Brady Church, sharing secrets with her lifelong friend, Eva Whorley Moran, and her adventurous travels with cousin, Helen Bolen. She spent many years “on the mountain” entertaining family and friends and swapping books with Arlene Sizemore. Erma enjoyed attending the Lashmeet Church of God for many years with her mother. She loved playing rummy, shopping, eating out, reading her vast collection of books and singing old-time ballads."In addition to her parents, Erma is also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Glen Lambert; her son, Ronald Dean Lambert; and siblings, Jeanine Ward, Lawrence “Bill” Church and Rev.
