Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of the late Roland and Delphia Belcher Stiltner. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of the Harman Freewill Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and was a retired coal miner having worked for Harman Mining Company. Mr. Stiltner was a member of the UMWA Local Union No. 7025 where he served as officer for over twenty years and was a member of the Grundy Lodge IOOF #17. Mr. Stiltner is survived by his wife, Irene Cassell Stiltner, Maxie, Va.; two daughters, Frieda Ruble, Maxie, Va., Shelia (Shine) and husband Harry Blankenship, Pounding Mill, Va.; three sons, Clayton Jr. (C.J.) and wife Sandra Stiltner, Maxie, Va., Ronnie Lee and wife Stella Stiltner, Maxie, Va., Mickey Joe Stitlner and fianc?, Rhonda Brady, Maxie, Va.; two sisters, Goldie Young, Omaha City, Neb., Marie and husband Bill McBroom, Michigan; one brother, Hassell Stiltner, Maxie, Va. "BAILEYSVILLE -- Bonnie Trent Adams, 65, of Baileysville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec.
28, 2004, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
"Born Nov. 6, 1939 at Cedar Creek, she was the daughter of Pearlie May Belcher Trent of
Baileysville and the late Willie C. Trent.
"Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Wyoming County. She was an active
member of Indian Creek Community Church for over 30 years.
"In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Willard Trent, Jackie Trent,
and James Harold "J.T." Trent; three sisters, Lola Walker, Marie Trent, and Mary Lou Trent; a son-
in-law, Darrell Junior Smith; and a great-grandchild, Jadon Brown.
"In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Frank Adams of the home; two sons, Jeff
Adams of Baileysville and his companion Leona Daniels of Kentucky and Joey Adams and his wife
Dawn of Pineville; a daughter, Diana Smith of Beckley; six brothers, Clarence Trent of Pineville, Robert
Trent and his wife Debra of Coal City, Alex Trent and his wife Faye of Simon, Teddy Trent and his wife
Debbie of Simon, Charles Trent and his wife Connie of Briar Creek, and Jesse Trent and his wife
Shirley of North Carolina; two sisters, Shelby Helton and her husband Buck of Brenton and Gloria
Harsayni and her husband Bill of Brenton; six grandchildren, Tabatha Brown and her husband Tim,
Timmy Smith, and Jason, Adriane, Todd, and Jonathan Adams.
"Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Calfee Funeral Service Chapel, Pineville, with the Revs. Herb Cook
and Scott Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny...."
