"SKIN FORK - Herbert Curtis Graham, 85, of Skin Fork, WV, went home to be with
the Lord on December 24, 2013, at Wyoming Continuous Care, New Richmond,
following a long illness.Born November 23, 1928, at Herndon, WV, he was
the son of the late William McKinley Graham and Letha Lusk
Graham.Herbert was a 40-year employee of Itmann Coal Company, from which
he retired. He was a member of UMWA and was a veteran of the Korean War. Herbert
was a member of Cooper Memorial Baptist Church, Skin Fork. He loved going to
church, being with family and friends. He was an avid coon hunter who loved his
dogs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant
daughter, Wilma Lee Graham; a sister, Ada Cook; and three brothers, Alvis,
Willie and Oley Graham. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife,
Wanda McNeely Graham; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Dian Kennedy and her husband,
Terry, of Harper Heights, Beckley, and Rebecca Sue Brown and her husband, David,
of Skin Fork; 5 sisters, Lola Snow of Bristol, VA, Elsie Cooper and her husband,
Billy Joe, of Skin Fork, Carol McNeely and her husband, Wandas, of Cross Lanes,
Joyce Lilly and her husband, Ira, of Jumping Branch, and Retha Mobley and her
husband, Jerry, of Cincinnati, OH; 4 grandsons, Greg Brown and his wife, Lisa,
Johnny Brown and his wife, Racheal, Donald (Donnie) Kennedy and Terry Kennedy,
Jr.; A granddaughter, Billie Nicole Kennedy; 3 great-grandsons, Remington,
Matthew and Jaxton Brown; 2 great-granddaughters, Angel Scarbro and RyLee Brown.
He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and
