"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Bailey and an infant daughter, Frances Louise Bailey.
"Survivors include her children: Harvey Bailey of Glen Rogers, Danny Bailey and wife, Alicia of Glen Rogers, Malcolm Bailey of Pineville, Lonnie Bailey of Pineville, Stevie Bailey of Glen Rogers, Novella Short of Mullens and Margaret Bailey of Pineville. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

"Gene Bane, 79, of Lynco, WV passed away on Tuesday July 24, 2018 at his home. He was born on February
15, 1939 in Ravencliff, WV a son of the late Fred and Essie Pearl Polk Bane. Gene is a graduate of Oceana
High School and spent his life as a farmer. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three sisters
Jessie Thompson, Edna Bane and Margie Bane; three brothers Zane Bane, Bill Bane and his twin brother
Glen Bane. Survivors include two brothers Franklin D Bane of Lillydale and Kenneth D. (Nadine) Bane of
Crouches Farm; and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes he will be
cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date..."
